Please notify us within 14 days of your delivery if you would like to return your Stewbot at email@example.com.
Stating your name and Stewbot number, and reason for return
You will be responsible for paying for the return delivery (signed for delivery, or courier).
Your returned Stewbot will need to include all packaging and contents.
We will always do our utmost to rectify any issues.
Stewbots that are custom made (including initials) are unfortunately not refundable unless faulty.
